This class is designed to make you sweat! Challenging upbeat vinyasa style class, core work, 95 degrees with added steam! You’ll be sure to release stress and leave class feeling rejuvenated.

Hot Vinyasa Yoga Flow.

This class is a medium paced flow, a bit less invigorating as our power flow, but sure to make you sweat, release and find your center. 95 degrees with added steam.

Soothing Yoga Flow.

Soothe your soul in this gentle yoga flow, where the focus is on calming the nervous system, honoring the body and finding flow state, where breathe and body become one and everything else fades away. You’ll be sure to leave class feeling blissful.

Meditation, breathwork and vinyasa yoga.

Intentional time with exist in the pause, the stillness, the silence, to connect more deeply with yourself.
